Is there a beach shuttle in front of the campsite?

The town of Agde has its own bus network, CAP BUS. The fare is €1 per person.
Just outside the campsite entrance, a stop serves line 3, linking Agde SNCF station to Cap d’Agde (outer harbor).
Tickets can be purchased at the campsite reception.

Is wearing a bracelet compulsory?

Wearing the bracelet is compulsory to prove that you are staying at the campsite.
It gives you access to the campsite’s activities, services, entertainment and aquatic areas.

Can I arrive outside reception opening hours?

In the off-season, it is not possible to arrive outside reception opening hours.
However, in July and August only, a security guard is on hand to hand over the keys to your rental property until 00:00, allowing you to arrive after reception has closed.

Do I have to pay for wifi?

No, Wi-Fi is free for two users per reservation.

Are there any shops on the campsite?

Yes, small shops are available on the campsite. There’s a hot-spot, a grocery store and a snack bar.

Are swimming shorts allowed?

Only swimming trunks and shorts are allowed in the pool area.

Is the pool heated?

During the high season, the pool is not heated. Off-season, however, it is heated.

Are bicycles available for hire on site?

No, it’s not possible to rent bicycles on site. However, there are bicycle rental companies about 800 m from the campsite.

Do visitors have access to the campsite swimming pool?

No, only guests staying at the campsite have access to the swimming pool.

When do I have to pay the balance of my reservation?

The balance must be paid one month before arrival.

Do you offer any entertainment at the campsite?

Of course, every week, our team of entertainers offers a range of daytime and evening activities in July and August.

Are you a Vacaf member?

No, we are not Vacaf approved.

What are the swimming pool opening times?

Swimming pool opening times are: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.

Can I pay in instalments?

A deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance can be paid up to one month before your arrival.

Is there a launderette on the campsite?

No, there are no laundry facilities on the campsite. However, an outdoor laundry is available, right next to reception.

Do you accept vacation vouchers?

Of course, we accept vacation vouchers.

Can we leave outside reception opening hours?

Of course, if you wish to leave outside reception opening hours, please inform reception during your stay. Check-out is possible from 7am.

Do you offer cleaning packages?

The cleaning package must be booked at the time of reservation:

  • Coco 1 bedroom: €60 / stay
  • 2-bedroom mobile homes: €70/stay
  • 3-bedroom mobile homes: €80/stay

How do I cancel a reservation?

Reservations may be cancelled without a guarantee more than 30 days before arrival. In this case, the campsite will retain the deposit paid. If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, the campsite will retain the full amount of the deposit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various types of payment: credit cards, Visa and MasterCard, international bank transfers, bank cheques and ANCV vacation vouchers.

Are pets allowed on the campsite?

Pets are only allowed on camping pitches. Dogs must be kept on a leash inside the campsite, and their needs must be systematically collected and disposed of.

What to do if you arrive late?

In the off-season, it is not possible to arrive outside reception opening hours. However, in July and August only, a security guard is on hand to hand over the rental keys until 00:00, allowing you to arrive after reception has closed.

Are barbecues allowed on the campsite?

Only electric and gas barbecues are permitted.

Are animations included?

Yes, entertainment is included in your stay.

Do you offer long-term stays?

No, unfortunately we don’t offer long stays, as the campsite is closed in winter.

Do I have to pay for the kids’ club?

No, there’s no charge for the kids’ club.

Is there wifi in the campsite?

Yes, wifi is free for two users per reservation.

What does cancellation insurance cover?

Cancellation insurance is an external service offered by Campez Couvert.

Are CAF vouchers accepted?

No, CAF and VACAF vouchers are unfortunately not accepted.

How can I receive a campsite brochure?

How can I make a reservation?

Do you have a kids’ club?

Yes, we have a kids’ club, available only in July and August.

How do I modify a reservation?

If you wish to modify a booking, please contact us by e-mail.

Is it possible to rent a baby cot or high chair?

Thebaby kit option, including cot and high chair, is available. It is preferable to reserve the kit at the time of booking, as stock is limited.

Who do I contact in the event of a dispute?

In the event of a dispute, we recommend that you first contact the campsite’s customer service department. Any customer of the campsite may refer the matter to a consumer ombudsman within a maximum period of one year from the date of written complaint, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt (LRAR), to the operator.

ACSI CARD

We accept the ACSI card during the periods indicated in the guide. Reservations at the ACSI rate are not possible on our website. To benefit from this rate, you must make your reservation directly on the ACSI website. If the reservation is made on our website at the normal rate, no rate change can be made on site.

How do I make a claim?

If you wish to make a complaint, you can contact the establishment’s customer service department:

Am I allowed to invite family or friends to the mobile home? If so, is there a charge?

You can invite friends and family to visit you. The visitor rate is €4/day in low season and €5/day in July and August.

Do I have to pay a deposit at the time of installation?

At the time of installation, you will be asked to pay a deposit by credit card via Swikly:

  • For pitches: €100, covering the gate pass and swimming pool bracelet.
  • For rentals: €305 per rental, plus €15 for the barrier pass and €10 per person for the bracelet.

Deposits are returned on the day of departure, after an inventory has been made.

How late can I drive into the campsite?

Cars are allowed on the campsite from 7 a.m. to midnight. Outside these hours, your vehicle must be parked in the outdoor parking lot.

Can I choose my pitch or mobile home?

No, unfortunately you are booking a type of rental and not a specific location.

Is my dog allowed in the rental property?

No, unfortunately we don’t accept pets.

Are sheets and towels provided?

Bed linen and towels are included in PREMIUM PLUS rentals. However, this service can also be provided in other mobile homes. It is advisable to reserve linen and towel kits when booking, as stock is limited.

Can we bring our own barbecue?

Yes, you can bring your own barbecue. However, only electric and gas barbecues are allowed.

Is the mobile home equipped with air conditioning?

Only PREMIUM PLUS, PREMIUM and CONFORT PLUS rentals are equipped with air conditioning.

Can I put a tent next to the mobile home?

No, it’s not possible to pitch a tent next to your mobile home. Specific pitches are available for this purpose and can be rented.

Are water and electricity included in the price of the pitch?

Water and electricity are included in the price of the pitch. So you won’t have to pay anything extra for them.

What time should I return my mobile home?

The mobile home must be returned between 7am and 10am.

Can I park a second vehicle near my mobile home?

It is not possible to park a second vehicle next to the mobile home. An outdoor parking lot in front of reception is available for additional vehicles. This parking lot is under video surveillance.

Is the mobile home equipped with a television?

All our rentals are equipped with television.

Do I need to make an appointment to check out?

An appointment will be made with our cleaning team. You must inform us of your preferred time 48 hours before departure. Please note that departures take place between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Is smoking allowed in rental properties?

No, smoking is strictly forbidden in the rentals.

Is it possible to rent a fridge for campers?

Fridge rental is an external service. You can book directly with YOLOCATION on 06 83 05 56 18.

How is the mobile home fitted out?

How big are the beds?

Beds in standard mobile homes measure 140×190 cm for double beds and 80×190 cm for single beds. In a PREMIUM PLUS mobile home, double beds measure 160×190 cm.

What kind of electrical outlets are available on the pitches?

The sockets installed on the pitches are European type only.

What is the minimum number of nights for a rental?

The minimum number of nights is 3 in April, May, June, September and October, and 7 in July and August.

Is it possible to empty the toilet on site?

Toilets can be emptied on site. You’ll also find an emptying area near the toilet block, indicated on the campsite map.

How are the accommodations equipped?

If you would like information on the equipment available in the mobile homes, you will find all the details in the description of the accommodation on our website.

What are the maximum dimensions for caravans and motor homes?

The maximum length for caravans and motor homes is 7 metres.

Are there special sites for motorhomes?

The campsite haspitches with a minimum surface area of 80 m², and can accommodate motorhomes if required.

Is water available on every pitch?

In fact, every pitch is equipped with water.

Is there heating in the accommodation?

All accommodation is heated.

My mobile home is available before 4pm on Saturdays. Is it possible to arrive earlier?

You can go to reception to complete the arrival formalities, and then wait quietly by the pool or bar until your mobile home is ready, if it isn’t already.

Where’s the nearest beach?

The nearest beach is 500m away.

How far is the campsite from the nearest shops?

Our Cap d’Agde campsite is located 800 m from the Mail de Rochelongue, a well-known shopping avenue offering all kinds of shops and events. You’ll find stores, bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlors, mini-markets, tobacconists and newspapers. The Hyper U shopping center is 3 km away.

What’s the nearest village?

The nearest village is Cap d’Agde, 2.8 km from the campsite. The next nearest village is Grau d’Agde, 4.4 km away.

Where and when are the nearest markets?

The Agde market takes place on Thursdays and Sundays. The Grau d’Agde market is held every day of the week. Finally, the Mail de Rochelongue market runs from Monday June 15 to September 1.

Where is the nearest ATM?

The nearest cash dispenser is in the main square , 700 m from the campsite.

How far is the campsite from the cycle paths?

There are plenty of cycle paths around the campsite. As soon as you leave the campsite, you can set off along the ones right in front of you and enjoy the beautiful surrounding countryside.

Where is the nearest train station?

The nearest SNCF train station to the campsite is 6.8 kilometers away in downtown Agde.

How far are you from the nearest airport?

The nearest airport is Béziers-Cap d’Agde, around 16 km from the campsite. You can also use Montpellier Méditerranée airport, 69 km from the campsite.
